Cedar + Stone will exchange items if returned within 7 days within Australia. You’ll just need to cover the postage to send it back to us and supply a return postage satchel with your name, address and order number. >> All returns must be sent to 35 Surf St, Kingscliff, NSW 2487 << Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. 


We only offer an exchange, not a refund, for change of mind or wrong fit. Sale, discounted, and discount coupon items are marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. 

All exchanges must meet the following requirements:

Our products are safe for children aged 2 and over (due to the use of some essential oils).

Some essential oils should be avoided during pregnancy. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about certain products.

Yes! All vegan and all cruelty free. We are CCF (Choose Cruelty Free) accredited.

All skin is different therefore we cannot speak for everyone, however the ingredients we use are gentle and designed for all skin types. If you experience any irritation or discomfort please discontinue use.

All products by law are required to have an expiration date. Our products have a 2 year expiry or 12 months from products being opened.

Yes! All of our products are manufactured in Australia. All of our packaging is made in Australia and our raw ingredients are bought from Australian companies.

Every single thing we buy whether its labels, bottles, ingredients or labour is all purchased from a company in Australia.  Support local. Obviously some ingredients come from overseas as we like to purchase ingredients from where they are endemic i.e. our rose water is from Bulgaria where the roses are of the highest quality. Our Lavender Essential Oil originates in France where the plant has all of the right growing conditions to give us the highest quality oil.

We realise that some other products on the market label themselves as natural but really they just aren't, which is disappointing but that's how C + S has evolved.  We are avid label readers and are passionate about creating honest products with easy to understand ingredient lists.  Every single ingredient you see in our products is derived from a vegetable, bark, flower, tree, herb, fruit or seed.
