Add a few drops to your diffuser, oil burner or bath. Alternatively, mix with a carrier oil such as fractionated coconut oil and apply to wrists to wear to stay grounded.

I bought this blend originally at my yoga studio and it soon became a favourite at my office. I shared the bottle with my colleagues to help them through stressful days, and when one was leaving for a new city, I bought this bottle as a gift to take a memory and some ‘zen’ with her. I do miss the old zany packaging and wonder why there is no nipple dropper anymore. But the blend is still beautiful and she loved it. Fast delivery and great service.
