  • Aloe Vera Leaf Juice
Known to be excellent for all skin conditions and skin types and is often used externally to rebalance dryness and calm delicate skin. It is known to penetrate the skin four times faster than water and has soothing and calming properties. The aloe gel is 96% water so it makes an excellent skin hydrator. It may assist in normalising oil production, reduce inflammation and heal wounds. Its active constituents are natural plant sterols, organic acids, B vitamins, minerals, amino acids, polysaccharides and enzymes that make it a remarkable skin food with excellent protective properties.
 
  • Turmeric
Improve oral health issues such as gingivitis and oral cancer. Decreases acne and eczema. It reduces inflammation and redness, and promotes skin healing. 
 
  • Olive Leaf 
Packed full of antioxidants and boasting antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Conditions and softens your skin.
 
  • Gotu Kola 
An ancient healing plant that prevents skin aging. Rich in amino acids, beta carotene, fatty acids, and numerous potent phytochemicals.
 
  • Hemp 
Rich in vitamins A and E,  also contains trace amounts of important minerals like potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, calcium and phosphorus.
 
  • Calendula 
Decreases inflammation and promotes granulation of wounds, burns, eczema, and other inflammatory skin conditions.
 
  • Tea Tree 
The practice of using tea tree oil started in Australia.  Native aborigines use it to cure cuts and burns and it has been used as an antiseptic for thousands of years.
 
  • Parfum (Natural Preservative) also known as Naticide
This organic skincare preservative is a broad-spectrum natural anti-microbial vegetable-based fragrance which also acts as a preservative. It smells like vanilla and almond and can inhibit bacteria, mould and yeasts. It is approved for use in organic skincare by ACO. It may be listed on labels as 'fragrance'. Confusing, isn't it? There are times when 'fragrance' on a label is OK and times when it represents something synthetic and nasty!
 
  • Ginger 
Promotes fast wound healing and collagen production. Also great for improvement of skin structure and wound repair.
 
  • Nettle 
Great for oily, acne-prone skin as it not only helps in reducing acne but also does that without leaving any scars or blemishes behind.
 
  • Marshmallow Root
Anti-inflammatory properties reduce puffiness. Speeds up cell regeneration which is amazing for wrinkles and fine lines. 
 
  • Arnica
Can be used as a treatment for skin infections, eczema, itchiness and open wounds. Offers antiseptic, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and decongestive properties.
 
  • Burdock Root
Anti-bacterial, antiseptic, and anti-inflammatory properties used for an assortment of skin conditions, including eczema. Effective cure for dry skin.
 
  • Ginseng
Prized as an anti-aging ingredient because it has so many phytonutrients. Helps tone and brighten skin.
 
  • White Tea
Incredibly potent antioxidant, anti-aging properties. As the least processed tea, white tea retains more of the plant's natural goodness than black and green teas.
 
  • White Willow Bark
Contains salicylic acid, a natural exfoliant that can help skin shed dead cells while clearing pores.
 
  • Witch Hazel
