WHOLESALE FAQ's

Shipping rates vary depending on the size of your order and your location. We pass the charges on from our courier - we don't add any handling fees. Your shipping will be calculated at the checkout.

Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1 - 3 business days. At times of sales, seasonal offers and launches, there may be a delay in processing orders. We ask for your patience in these busy times.
Once your order is posted you will be notified via email which will include tracking details.

We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) and Paypal. If you would prefer to pay via bank deposit just let us know and we can send you an invoice rather that placing an online order.

Please refer to our returns and exchanges policy in the footer of our website.

Our As long as we can see that you are an established business we don't have a minimum spend. We get that sometimes you just need a small top up so don't feel it is fair to have high minimums.

All products are 100% vegan! We are proudly registered with CCF as a vegan company and would never test on animals.

You will receive an email once your order has been sent with tracking information. Alternatively you can log into your account and track your order that way.

We are based in Sydney, Australia and have a retail space on the Gold Coast. Unfortunately we do not offer pick up as all orders are sent via a fulfilment centre, not our warehouse.

Yes! All of our products are manufactured in Australia. All of our packaging and raw ingredients are bought from Australian companies.

Yes! Once you place an order we will send you a Drop Box link to our retailers package that includes all of our products photography along with lifestyle shots to use if you wish.

We realise that some other products on the market label themselves as natural when really, they just aren't. It's disappointing but that's how C + S evolved. We are avid label readers and are passionate about creating real, honest products with easy to understand ingredient lists. Every single ingredient you see in our products is derived from either a vegetable, bark, flower, tree, herb, fruit or seed.
